Rental Information
Damage Deposit
A $200 CAD refundable damage deposit is held (not charged) on your card per rental set. This authorization is automatically released when gear is returned in acceptable condition. The deposit may be partially or fully captured only for loss, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal use.
Booking Process
Rentals can be added to your tour booking or reserved separately. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak aurora season (December to March).
Pickup & Return
Gear can be picked up before your tour and returned after. Our team will provide detailed instructions on care and usage to ensure you get the most out of your rental.

All our equipment is professionally maintained and cleaned after each use. Winter gear is rated for extreme Arctic conditions, ensuring your comfort even in temperatures below -30°C.
